Payroll/HR Officer (Permanent/Part time)

Our Client based in North Belfast requires a part time Payroll/HR Officer for an immediate start. This is an amazing opportunity to join a growing business at an exciting time.

The Role

  • Processing payroll accurately, on time and efficiently
  • Ensure pension auto enrolment compliance
  • Update payroll exceptions (holiday, sickness, maternity and pension)
  • Keep records up to date
  • Deal with all payroll related enquiries
  • Ensure compliance, data protection and control risk within the function
  • Provide support to staff for all payroll related matters

Key Skills

  • Experience in generating payroll
  • Experience in Sage
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Genuine passion for payroll and eager to learn and progress
  • Studying towards a relevant qualification (CIPD/CIPP)
