In-House Recruitment Consultant


Excellent Salary

An excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join a leading professional services employer. Based in their Newry Head Office your main duties will include;

  • Assist in reviewing the sourcing strategy for each role
  • Directly source candidates using appropriate contact channels e.g. CV databases, networking, social media, headhunting, talent pools
  • Ensuring that interview criteria and assessments are agreed in advance with hiring managers
  • Pre- screening and telephone interviewing candidates prior to submission to hiring managers
  • Participation in the first stage interviewing when required
  • De-briefing candidates following interview ensuring that constructive interview feedback is given in all instances
  • Assist in issuing job offers
  • Assist with pipeline development and talent acquisition projects
  • Manage candidate expectations ensuring they receive an excellent experience including feedback, throughout the hiring process


  • Degree educated in a relevant area
  • Experience in a similar recruitment position
  • Experience in a Professional services environment is highly desirable
