The duties include call taking, dealing with Sales Enquiries, obtaining, raising & sending of quotes, following up quotes, proposals & orders, to ascertain outcome/customers intentions, data entry to raise Quotations, Proposals, & quantity Orders via the In House Computer System, completion of various company forms and spreadsheets, extensive client & Sales Manager liaison together with general office duties which include, email, faxing, filing & photocopying. Dependent on Business levels the role will include a limited amount of Telephone cold calling to make appointments for the Sales Managers from leads provided by the Company.
The successful candidate will be office based & work within their challenging Sales Environment, hardworking, reliable, committed, self-motivated & have the ability to work as part of a team, at speed and under pressure, as well as taking ownership of /processing own workload, a friendly personality to which customers can respond well to is vital. A good work ethic is crucial to the role. You will be responsible for dealing with customers potential & existing, providing a first class Customer Service experience, this is a very competitive market & so speedy delivery of their service is crucial, as is the ability to multi task & work accurately at speed.

A quick learner, able to understand & follow instructions & company procedures Able to plan & priorities the working day independently, Well presented with a good telephone voice and manner along with excellent & proven communication skills, Computer literate & possess good speed & accurate keyboard skills along with good attention to detail. Able to quickly build rapport & good working relationships with clients, suppliers & fellow team members & have confidence to work well & calmly in an extremely busy sales office. The ability to multitask & work accurately at speed is of great importance to this role as to is the ability to liaise well with colleagues & the Admin Dept. The candidate will need to provide regular feedback and updates to Management.
Hours of work: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
