First and second line Customer service support for the Craigavon location as well as remote/site European Support. Core functions include Desktop/Laptop refreshes (250+), thin client technology/support, mobile/fixed line telecoms support, administration of security access for all systems accessed locally, on-site second shift support for new technology initiatives i.e. MES, E-Scheduling, E-Kanban. Provides technical customer support and assistance involving the use of hardware, application software and networks including installation, upgrades and troubleshooting.

Provides on-site and telephone support plus assistance to systems and end users equipment. Applies Business and Information technology solutions to a broad range of business unit processes. In depth knowledge of Microsoft networking products in terms of administration and support functionality. Ability to troubleshoot/diagnose/resolve hardware and software problems. Sound knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 7,10) (1-3 years exposure). Knowledge of Microsoft Office environment (2010). Previous structured customer service exposure desirable.
