Junior Administrator | Blanchardstown | Permanent

The Client: Located in Dublin 15, our client is a leading and established 30 year old company who specialise in the design and distribution of both women and men's fashion and accessories. They are currently experiencing growth and are seeking to expand their team.

The Role: As an Administrator, you will be required to effectively co-ordinate the day-to-day warehouse administrative tasks. You will liaise with the sales team for a specific number of client accounts and manage all sales orders and processing.

The key duties will include:

  • To provide an excellent level of customer service and administration support both internally and externally
  • To handle all queries in an effective and professional manner
  • Processing of sales orders onto an in-house software package for sales managers and key house accounts
  • Creating of pick notes and ensuring customer requirements are met within agreed timeframes/SLA's
  • Processing of returns, tracking customer consignments and requesting POD's for customer queries
  • Updating sales, manager and customer reports as accordingly
  • Collating new line form, price lists, product images and reconciliations
  • To provide general sales support across the business

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.15pm (early finish on Fridays)


  • At least 1 year experience in a administrative role
  • Excellent administration skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers
  • Good negotiation skills - sales experience would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong administrative skills with a good level of proficiency in the MS Office suite
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work independently
