Junior Office Administrator | Dundalk

My client is in the midst of expansion due to their continued success and is seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to assist the Office Manager. This role will encompass an array of duties with a focus on marketing and design. This role will suit a graduate with a Marketing related qualification.

Main Duties:

  • Supporting the Office Manager on a daily basis with administrative tasks
  • Managing internal database
  • Assisting with compiling quotations
  • Answering incoming phone calls/emails
  • Assisting with Social Media and Marketing campaigns

Requirements:

  • MS Office Proficient
  • Experienced in working with Photoshop and InDesign an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Some international travel will be required
