Legal Secretary - Permanent (Ballymena) - £18000 per annum
Our client is a well established Legal Practice in Ballymena who are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their team.
The main duties of this role is to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Solicitors
Duties will include:
Audio, copy typing and word processing using a variety of software packages including Windows, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel to produce correspondence and documentation
- Filing correspondence on files, updating and maintaining appropriate filing systems and databases, ensuring case files are well organised and maintained, organising and storing documents including Deeds and Wills
Answering telephone calls, dealing with telephone enquiries, accurately recording and relaying telephone messages, greeting clients, arranging appointments for clients
- Experience in any specialism of law working as a Legal Secretary
- Experience in conveyancing
