Conveyancing Legal Secretary | £18,000 - £20,000 | Belfast
Grafton Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join our client in Belfast City Centre for a permanent role.
- Preparation and processing of legal documents
- Assisting attorneys in collecting and filling data/information
- Arrange for delivery of legal correspondence to clients
- Admin/audio typing duties
- Receiving and placing telephone calls, Scheduling appointments, Photocopying of correspondence, documents, and other printed matter
- At least 2/3 years experience in a similar role (both residential and commercial)
- Ability to deal with Property Certificates and use of Land Web
- Competent with Conveyancing
- Strong admin, clerical and audio-typing skills
This is a full-time position 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, with immediate start available. In return my client is offering an annual salary of £18,000 - £20,000 (depending on experience). For further information please submit your CV via link.
