Live Chat Administrator | 3 Month Contract | Financial Services

The Client: Located in Dublin South, our client is a leading financial services provider with a well established retail network. Our client is committed to providing simplified financial services solutions to their clients. They are currently experiencing growth in the market with a range of innovative products tailored to suit customer's needs.

The Role: As a Live Chat Administrator, you will be required to support the sales and customer service functions to deliver an excellent customer experience. You will work closely with sales and marketing along with various other business units. This is an administration support role and no direct selling or phone based customer service involved. The ideal candidate will be a digital marketing graduate with some experience in live chat administration (preferred although all relevant experience considered).

Responsibilities:

  • Handling website live chat queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Following up with after sales customer queries
  • Forwarding technical support issues to relevant department
  • Support marketing activities by collating data specific to campaigns
  • Analysing customer account information and make recommendations to customers
  • Adhering to team and individual targets

Hours of work: 37.5, scheduled over Monday-Saturday (shifts are scheduled between 9am-7pm Monday to Friday and 10am-2pm on Saturdays)

Requirements:

  • A minimum education requirement of 5 passes in the Leaving Certificate including a pass in Maths and English (Higher or Ordinary level only, Foundation level subjects will not apply)
  • At least 1-2 years experience in a similar role preferably in financial services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in the use of MS Word and Excel (experience with financial/banking systems a distinct advantage)
  • Accurate, high speed data entry skills and good typing skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills and multi-tasking abilities

Desirable:

  • Previous webchat support experience in a financial services or banking environment
  • Degree in Digital Marketing/Business or related field (not essential)
