Job Description

  1. To efficiently and accurately process all administrative duties within remit on time against weekly and monthly cut offs. (Inc all Department invoicing and Company pallet control)
  2. To seek and identify continuous improvements in Warehouse & Despatch administration processes.
  3. To deal with customer and supplier queries and complaints within remit and to bring to a conclusion.
  4. To maintain effective communication with Warehouse & Despatch Manager in order to ensure administration standards are maintained.
  5. To develop own performance by actively seeking out learning & development opportunities.
  6. To deliver coaching/training as required.
  7. To carry out tasks allocated by the Site Operations Manager.
  8. To deputise for the Site Operations Manager as and when required.


  1. 3 years experience in administration within a FMCG Warehouse & Distribution operation.
  2. Computer literate.
  1. Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
  1. Improvement project experience.
  2. Customer Service experience
  3. Demonstrable ability in achieving goals.


  1. Experience in a supervisory/team leader role
  2. Experience with computerised warehouse management systems.
  3. Demonstrable change management experience.
