Contribute creatively to a range of targeted campaigns, events, PR and marketing initiatives
Take responsibility for the preparation of strong and accurate case studies and distributing these to relevant potential customers
Creating and maintaining an accurate, contemporary and segmented database of potential new customers and our contact with them
With senior colleagues, prepare and distribute relevant and engaging documentation including quotations which that meet the needs of potential buyers
Keeping track of communications with potential customers and ensure that there is relevant follow up .
Assist with after sales queries and investigate customer complaints, ensuring all issues are resolved .
Have a flair for preparing news stories and with excellent organisational, planning and social skills
Development, publication and distribution of monthly newsletter.
Assist with managing Company website and content.
Development and management of communication via Social Media e.g. Company Facebook and twitter accounts
Provide administrative support to colleagues including invoicing and other general admin duties
Attend trade shows and exhibitions to promote the company's Software Portfolio.
Contribute to customer care and the company's approach to quality through the presentation of customer feedback
To represent the Company in a highly professional manner (including smart dress code) and adhere to all appropriate rules and regulations when visiting customers premises.
