Job description

Minute Taker required for Ballymena

37.5hpw Mon-Frid

6 months approx

Job duties will include;

Preparation of agendas & setting up meetings

Attending meeting & taking minutes of same

Deal with incoming calls, general admin duties filing, photocopying

Word processing documents

Available to travel 1 evening per week if required to attend & take minutes (time on lieu

Must have;

Minute taking experience

Previous admin experience with word-processing duties

Access to transport (as travelling to Ballymoney/ Coleraine)

Previous experience of Outlook, Excel, Word
