Nurse Manager
Belfast
Full time 40hours p/w
Salary based on experience.
Our Client is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead their nursing home team in achieving their mission of providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing staff
- Ensuring high care standards
- Overseeing patient admissions
- Implementing health and safety protocols
Key duties:
- Involve setting and maintaining patient care standards
- Managing staff training and HR policies
- Overseeing budgetary control
- Resource management
Essential Criteria:
RGN/RMN Qualification
NMC Registration
Previous management experience in a care setting
Commitment to The Macklin Care Homes Mission, Vision and Core Values
Eligibility to live and work in the UK
Flexible to meet the needs of the organisation
Desirable Criteria:
Nursing of the Elderly in a Nursing Home Setting
Completion of a Leadership/Management Programme
Skills:
Ability to deliver a high standard of patient care
Ability to lead a team in a demanding role
Exceptional organisational skills
Ability to communicate and listen, ability to work cooperatively with other staff
Attention to detail
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a commitment to continuous learning, and excellent communication abilities to foster positive relationships with patients, families, and stakeholders.
