Our family run company in the Ballymena area are looking for an Office Administrator who has some accounts experience to join their team on a part time basis.
Hours would include: Mon 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-3pm and Saturday 10am-1pm
Duties will include:
- Answering calls and dealing with all enquiries
- Dealing with customers in a showroom environment
- Processing orders and taking payments
- Liaising with other departments making sure orders going through on time
- Typing letters
