The Client:

Located in Castlefinn, Co Donegal, our client is a dynamic and growing agricultural Co-op supplying inputs to farms throughout Donegal, Derry, Tyrone and Fermanagh as well as supplying general hardware and building products. Our client is committed to growing its business which is why they are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to support the management team.

The Role:

As Office Administrator, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations in a busy office environment to include dealing with and assisting customers/customs clearance/invoicing/creditors invoices/customer & other reporting functions. With excellent customer service you will respond to customer queries and sales orders.

The Person:

You will need to be able to work effectively in a Team environment, able to cope with the demands of a busy retail environment. You will be an analytical thinker, able to communicate effectively with your colleagues and customers alike. Ideally, you will have a Financial Management experience, skilled at using Microsoft Office suite, in particular, Microsoft Excel.

In Return:

€25,000 salary, negotiable depending on experience.

Hours of work: 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
