Job Description

Our well established client in the Antrim area are looking to recruit a Temporary full time office Administrator to join their team.

Office Hours: 8.30am-5pm Mon-Friday with half hour lunch

As an Office Administrator, the duties will include:

  • Answer phones and take messages
  • Liaise with drivers and help the co ordinator with co ordinating the drivers
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Updating client Accounts
  • Data Entry on Excel
  • Typing and replying to emails daily
  • Providing all office admin support as required


  • 5 GCSE's Grade C+ including Maths and English
  • At least 1 years recent office admin experience
  • Data Entry experience
  • Customer Service Experience
