Job Description

Our client in the Ballymena area are looking to recruit a temporary full time administrator to join their small team on a full time basis for at least 1 month. Hours are Mon-Friday 9am-5pm.

Duties will include:

  • Answering calls and dealing with customer and supplier enquiries
  • Scheduling runs and liaising with drivers
  • Inputting invoices onto systems
  • Filing duties
  • Receiving deliveries and signing off
  • Diary management
  • Helping out with any other duties in the office to help increase productivity

Essential Criteria:

  • Excellent customer service experience
  • At least 6 months experience of working in an office environment
  • 5 GCSE's Grade C+ including Maths and English
  • Good IT skills to include Microsoft word and Excel
