Job Description

Our private sector client in the Antrim area are looking to recruit an Office Administrator who will take on other duties in the warehouse also when required

Hours: Mon-Thursday 8.30am-5.30pm and Fri 8.30am-5pm


  • Answering phones and taking messages
  • Giving price quotations and following up with customers
  • Making sure orders go out on time
  • Liaising with warehouse and drivers to make sure all orders are correct
  • Ordering stock
  • Managing Diaries
  • Data entry onto in house kerridge system
  • Using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Dealing with all incoming and outgoing post
  • Driving a van to deliver stock/tyres- ahdoc
  • Loading Vans to help out when other staff are on holiday
  • Keeping the office clean and tidy

Essential Criteria:

  • Candidates must have at least 1 years recent experience working in an office environment
  • Previous experience of working with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Has a full clean current driving licence
