Office Administrator | Interior Design| Dublin North

My client is in the Interior Design Industry and provides bespoke exquisite items for their clients. Due to the success of their luxury brands they are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator.

This role will suit a candidate with 1-2 years office administrative experience gained whilst working in a busy office environment, the successful candidate will be able to interact on all levels and will be interested in working with a business who are expanding at a rapid pace.

Main Duties:

  • Supporting the Office Manager on a daily basis with administrative tasks
  • Managing internal database
  • Assisting with compiling quotations
  • Answering incoming phone calls/emails
  • Assisting with Social Media and Marketing campaigns
  • Assisting with Trade Show preparation and attending same when required


  • MS Office Proficient
  • Experienced in working with Photoshop and InDesign
  • Experience in assisting with presentations such as storyboards/catalogues
  • The ability to interact on all levels
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Some international travel will be required
