Job Title: Office Administrator/Office Manager
The Client: Grafton Recruitment is a specialist in the provision of Permanent and Temporary staffing solutions to clients nationwide. We currently have a Permanent vacancy for an Office Administrator/Office Manager located in Tallaght D24.
The Role: Office Administrator/Office Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for;
- Reception Cover - meet and greet visitors
- Answering phones and dealing with customer queries
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Day to Day running of the office
- Liaise with suppliers of stationary, mobile phones and building facilities
- Organise travel details for business trips and hotel bookings
- Assist other departments with their administration
- Co-ordinate meetings and other corporate events
- Maintain various excel sheets
- Accounts Payable to include vendor account management, monthly reconciliations, posting of invoices to SAP and bank payment runs
- Match and post employee expense claim submissions
- Car leasing and mileage reporting for field based employees
- Cover for Accounts Assistant during holidays etc
- Support Finance Manager and Other Ad Hoc duties
- Strong Administrative Skills and Problem Solving Skills.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- SAP experience desirable but not essential
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
Salary: 28,000 - 32,000
