Job description

We are currently recruiting a Temporary Receptionist for short term assignments in Sligo. Candidates must be available on-call and can start immediately. The ideal candidate will flexible in their approach to working arrangements. Assignments can last from one day to several weeks.

Typical assignments will include:

  • Reception cover (front of house/switchboard)
  • Dealing with customer queries via phone and email
  • Data Entry
  • Customer service
  • Ad hoc duties as required

Experience required:

  • Previous experience in reception/customer services in fast paced office environments essential
  • Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good data entry and typing skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility
  • Own transport an advantage but not essential

The rate for short term assignments vary but will be within the region of €11 per hour depending on the role.
