Operations Administrator | Fashion Industry | Temp to Perm contract

My client is a leader in the design, manufacturing and distribution of accessories. Due to continued success and business growth they are seeking to recruit an Operations Administrator. This role is based within a diverse team and will entail offering support to the Sales and Marketing team. It is initially a 3-6 month temporary contract with the view to go permanent for the right candidate.

Main Duties of this Role:

  • Providing a high level of administrative support to the business
  • Processing of all sales orders and daily sale file uploads
  • Manage and resolve client queries and credit claims
  • Ensure customer delivery requirements are met
  • Report on all sales information
  • Data entry and compiling templates
  • Analysing invoices, credit notes and recall/collections on stock from suppliers and clients
  • Liaising with merchandisers and suppliers
  • Compiling reports and entering on the in house system
  • Support the Sales Account Manager

Skills and Experience required:

  • Previous experience in a busy Sales Administrative/Retail environment
  • Excellent Excel skills and ability to transfer data
  • Experience of using ERP systems to process sales orders
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills
  • The ability to communicate on all levels
  • Proactive and personable
  • Retail/Stock Assistant background
