Job description

P/T Permanent Administrator required for Downpatrick.


  • Audio and copy typing of letters and documentation
  • Filing, retrieving and updating client files
  • Working closely with Advisers
  • Reception duties - covering calls, taking messages & arranging appointment
  • Contacting clients and dealing with queries
  • All associated administration

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience working within a busy office environment
  • Exceptional telephone manner.
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as within a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages to include excel, outlook and Word
  • Access to a car

Hours of work: Week 1: 2 full days, Week 2: 3 full days. Monday - Friday 9.00 am-5.00 pm/ 8.30am - 4.30pm

Salary: £16000 per annum (based on full time hours)
