P/T Perm Administrator - Downpatrick
P/T Permanent Administrator required for Downpatrick.
- Audio and copy typing of letters and documentation
- Filing, retrieving and updating client files
- Working closely with Advisers
- Reception duties - covering calls, taking messages & arranging appointment
- Contacting clients and dealing with queries
- All associated administration
- Minimum of 2 years experience working within a busy office environment
- Exceptional telephone manner.
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as within a team
- Proficient in Microsoft packages to include excel, outlook and Word
- Access to a car
Hours of work: Week 1: 2 full days, Week 2: 3 full days. Monday - Friday 9.00 am-5.00 pm/ 8.30am - 4.30pm
Salary: £16000 per annum (based on full time hours)
