Job Title: Part Time Accounts Administrator
The Client: Grafton Recruitment is a specialist in the provision of temporary and permanent staffing solutions to clients nationwide. We currently have a temporary vacancy for a part time Accounts Administrator based in Dublin 22.
Fantastic working hours available working 9am - 1pm and 12pm - 4pm working on a shift, Monday to Friday.
Candidates would be required to start ASAP.
The Role: Accounts Administrator.
- Processing Invoices / POs
- Prepare Payment Runs
- Reconciliation of Accounts
- Bank Reconciliations
- Assist Accounts Payable and Receivable with daily tasks
- Ad hoc administration tasks
Hours of work:9am - 1pm and 12pm - 4pm Monday to Friday must be available for both shifts
- At least 1-2 years relevant experience in a busy accounting role
- SAGE experience an advantage but not required
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills and multi-tasking abilities
- Previous experience working in an accounting role
- Hourly pay rates of €12.50 per hour
