Job Description

Duties to include:

  • Co ordinate data and update company CRM system accordingly
  • Invoicing
  • Answering calls and solving any issues promptly
  • Put jobs on and allocate
  • Screen employees
  • General admin duties

Requirements:

  • The successful individual will be driven and eager to learn all areas of the business
  • Must have Maths and English GCSE
  • At least 1 year Admin experience required
  • Good communication skills
  • Be able to work well within a team in a fast paced environment

Hours of work:

Mon - Fri mornings 9am - 1pm (company are flexible with times)
