Part time Administrator
Located in Mallusk, our client is an award winning commercial construction firm who are providing the right candidate with the experience and opportunity to join the team at an exciting time of development, delivering some extraordinary projects.
As an experienced administrator you will be expected to fulfill the role of all basic administrative duties within the office. The role is part time temporary with the possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate, ideally with a construction background.
Hours of Work
2 to 3 days cover
Excellent oral and written communication skills
GCSE English & Math's grade A-C
Handle administrative requests
Working to deadlines
Providing support to managers and employees
Maintaining filing systems
To ensure the smooth efficient running of the day
Minimum 2 years experience
Experience in construction industry
Collating project information
O and M manuals
Drawing printing and document management
£8.21 - £8.50 per hour depending on experience
Flexible days - 24hours per week
