Permanent Internal Sales Assistant required for prestigious company based in Lisburn.
Increasing sales and generating new business within existing customer base. The Internal Sales Assistant will promote products and pricing structures, working to weekly sales and outbound call targets.
Duties will include:
Achieve set targets for new business sales on specified products distributed by sale analysts
Provide follow up support to relevant Area Sales Manager to assist conversion on targeted products/customers.
Record all call progression and follow up on ASM database
Achieve weekly call time target and new account monthly target
Update Area Sales Managers on the outcome of the sales conversations.
Provide customer feedback
Liaise daily with your associated ASM, working together to achieve product conversion
Assist relevant Area Sales Manager with head office visits and attend occasional field visits.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and professionalism on all sales calls
Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management.
- 5 GCSEs @ Grade C or above to include English & Maths
- Demonstrable experience in a telesales or business development role
- Proven experience of working to and achieving sales targets
- Good level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office packages
- Ability to learn and retain product knowledge
- Excellent analytic and problem solving skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and effective time management skills are essential
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Highly customer focused
- Professional attitude to work
Salary £17,500- £!8,500 per annum
