Pay rate: 0-12 week's £7.83
13+ week's £12.70
Hours: 37 hours
- NVQ Business Administration Level 2 secretarial qualification with at least 2 years experience.
- Responsible for providing personal secretary support to two Grade 5 staff and providing cover for other personal secretaries as appropriate.
- Diary Management
- Email/Telephone Call Management
- Visitor Management
Please note that successful candidate's will be required to complete a Standard Access NI Security Clearance at a cost of £26. A person's criminal record will not, in itself, debar that person from being appointed to this post. Any information given will be treated in the strictest confidence.
