Grafton Recruitment are working in partnership with a large public sector organisation to recruit temporary Personal Assistant to start ASAP for 4-6 weeks with possible extension.
Pay rate: £10.89
Location: Belfast, BT1
Hours: 37 hours per week Monday - Friday
- 5 GCSE's Grade C or above and include Maths and English
- Previous personal assistant experience
- Previous minute taking experience
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
Use a wide range of modern office technology to get the job done - PCs, e-mail, scanning and modern phone systems. Minute taking. Work as part of a team Duties may involve dealing with queries from the public, receiving and making phone calls, filing, photocopying, processing claims, reception duties and many other kinds of office administration.
Successful applicants will be required to undertake a Basic Access NI Disclosure check at a cost of £18. A person's criminal record will not, in itself, debar that person from being appointed to this post. Any information given will be treated in the strictest confidence.
