- Working cooperatively with the production teams and cross functionally to ensure that we deliver on our commitments to our customers
- To implement process KPI's, which deliver on our business objectives and targets.
- Optimise labour utilisation and maximise line efficiencies
- Operate on a continuous improvement agenda, always striving to provide recommendations for improvement to work methods, process controls and overall performance.
- Support the implementation of the production strategic profit improvement plans.
- Ensuring that the team are developed, communicated with, treated with respect and dignity and that a working environment is created that encourages co-operation and teamwork
- Ensuring that we operate and work in compliance with BRC and food manufacturing and production requirements, legislation and our company set internal standards
