Job Description

JOB ROLE:

  • Daily Intakes, administrating and reconciling purchase orders external and internal
  • Daily returns
  • Invoice Queries and Credits and liaising with Buyers
  • Intercompany administration
  • Co-ordinating on all purchasing queries
  • Project Work
  • Provide cover for Reception duties
  • Provide cover for other administration / finance staff to cover holidays and absence.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable.
  • Must have a level of previous accountancy training, further training will be provided.
  • Ability to use own initiative and work to strict deadlines
  • Have a methodical and meticulous work aptitude
  • Good communications Skills (High standard of English essential)
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision
  • Willingness to enter production to assist the understanding of production processes for accurate accounts
  • A good working knowledge of an ERP system and Microsoft excel
