- Daily Intakes, administrating and reconciling purchase orders external and internal
- Daily returns
- Invoice Queries and Credits and liaising with Buyers
- Intercompany administration
- Co-ordinating on all purchasing queries
- Project Work
- Provide cover for Reception duties
- Provide cover for other administration / finance staff to cover holidays and absence.
- Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable.
- Must have a level of previous accountancy training, further training will be provided.
- Ability to use own initiative and work to strict deadlines
- Have a methodical and meticulous work aptitude
- Good communications Skills (High standard of English essential)
- Ability to work under minimum supervision
- Willingness to enter production to assist the understanding of production processes for accurate accounts
- A good working knowledge of an ERP system and Microsoft excel
