The company is looking to fulfil an internal temporary role (37.5 hours per week) to cover maternity Purchasing/Sales Co-Ordinator position. the person will be responsible for processing daily internal and external purchasing requirements.
Building supplier relations through stock procurement and supplier liaison to ensure continuity of service and support to our customer base. Part of the role will also include some internal sales order processing and other office tasks.
The candidate should preferably have experience in a busy commercial sales environment.
Be able to work under pressure and demonstrate the ability to prioritise.
The ability to work using their own initiative and also as part of a team.
Good organisation and interpersonal skills.
Capacity to adapt and learn new processes.
The role calls for computer skills and the candidate should be IT literate and
competent in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Maths and English to GCSE level grade C or above.
