Job Description

Our well established manufacturing company in the Antrim area are looking to recruit a full time Receptionist to cover a 10 month maternity cover.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting visitors,
  • Answering Phone calls with operation of a 6-line Switchboard system with approximately 30 extensions.
  • Sorting and handling mail
  • Schedule meetings
  • Maintaining Office supplies
  • General administration duties as required day to day

Essential Criteria:

  • Candidates must have experience of an administration/office environment
  • Preference will be given to those with a Reception/Public facing background.
  • 5 GCSE's Grade C+ including Maths and English
