Our well established manufacturing company in the Antrim area are looking to recruit a full time Receptionist to cover a 10 month maternity cover.
Responsibilities will include:
- Greeting visitors,
- Answering Phone calls with operation of a 6-line Switchboard system with approximately 30 extensions.
- Sorting and handling mail
- Schedule meetings
- Maintaining Office supplies
- General administration duties as required day to day
- Candidates must have experience of an administration/office environment
- Preference will be given to those with a Reception/Public facing background.
- 5 GCSE's Grade C+ including Maths and English
