Job description

Our large client in the Ballymena area are looking to recruit a full time temporary Receptionist with a view to permanent to join their team.

As the Receptionist you will be responsible for:

  • Answers all calls on the switchboard and passing through to the relevant person
  • Meeting and greeting all customers at the front desk
  • Dealing with enquiries
  • Helping the purchasing team with all admin duties as required to include processing invoices and booking in and out on Excel
  • Ordering stationary
  • Setting up meeting room
  • Updating relevant department on deliveries daily

Essential Criteria:

  • At least 1 years office experience
  • Excellent computer skills to include Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent Customer service experience

Desirable Criteria:

  • at least 1 years Receptionist experience

Hours: Mon-Thursday 8.15am-5.15 and Friday 8.15am to 1.15pm
