Job Description

Essential Requirements:

* Experience with MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook, must be comfortable working with spreadsheets

* Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and multi-task

* Capability of managing calenders

* Exceptional customer-service skills and effective communication both verbal and written

* Ability to work with minimal supervision

* Attention to detail

* Initiative

* Reliability

* Minimum 1 year Receptionist/Office Administrator experience

Duties:

  • Answering and transferring phone calls into the office
  • Preparing letters and fees for the office
  • Dealing with clients at reception
  • Sundry other matters as and when they arise

Hours 9am - 1pm, lunch 1-2, then 2-5pm Monday to Friday

22 days plus 10 bank holidays
