At Grafton Recruitment we have a fabulous opportunity available with our client, an established and successful organisation with offices in Dublin 22.
They are seeking to recruit a receptionist to take up a full time, permanent role within their team. Are you seeking to progress a career in a busy office environment? Or perhaps you are looking to get back into the workplace after a career break?
This role requires someone who is friendly, positive, and energetic who enjoys dealing with people. Previous receptionist experience is preferred but not essential.
The position will often be the first point of contact with clients and customers and this company places a high value on this experience.
Duties will include greeting clients, customers and contractors, answering incoming calls plus a range of administrative tasks.
The qualities that we are seeking for the successful candidate for this role are:

- Excellent communication skills and phone manner.
- Highly organised.
- Punctual, diligent and reliable.
- Proficient on Microsoft Office.
- Keen to learn and follow instruction
