Grafton Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Receptionist for our client based in Dublin 24. This is a part time role 12 hours per week Thursday 9.30am to 5.30pm and Friday 9.30 to 3.30pm.
Our client is looking for someone that thrives in a busy office environment has excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing a busy switchboard
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Management meeting room bookings
- Ordering stationary and office supplies
- General Administration
- Other adhoc duties
- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Ability to multi-task in a very busy environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent Microsoft Office and data entry skills
- Must be available to work Thursday 9.30am to 5.30pm and Friday 9.30 to 3.30pm
- Excellent salary on offer €13.50 per hour
- Part time hours
- Parking available
