Receptionist / Administrator
Located in South Belfast, our client is a recognised charity for 25 years promoting positive living for people offering support and guidance throughout Northern Ireland.
Working as part of a small team, you will be expected to work as an ambassador for the charity to cover all reception duties, signposting, and providing admin support for clients and staff. You will be the first point of contact and expected to work in a professional manner and appropriately. Building relationships is extremely important. Confidentiality is paramount in this organisation. You will report to the Support Services Manager.
35 hours per week
Start date W/C 24th Feb 2020
Receptionist / Meet and greet / Telephone / Post
Effective communications procedures
Administration / Filing / record keeping
Maintain client records in accordance of the company's policies and procedures
Ensure the quality of provision is maintained
Co-ordinate service delivery requirements
Work with volunteers and associate workers
Work with marketing and fund raising teams
Diary / Meeting and event planning
Adhere to the Equal Opportunities policies
At least 2 years receptionist experience
3 GCES's Grade A-C including English
Excellent oral and written communication
Can work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Excellent people skills
Proficient in the use of Desk Top Publishing would be advantageous
