Job Description

Our well established client in the Kilrea area are looking to recruit a temporary Receptionist/ Office Administrator to join their team on a full time basis.

Duties will include:

  • Greeting visitors
  • Various administration duties
  • Operation of a Switchboard system
  • Handling of incoming calls will be shared with our Main Office Receptionist
  • Stock Control of office supplies
  • Type letters and prepare post for Directors as required
  • Accepting Deliveries, arranging postage
  • Ordering, maintaining and managing budget for stationery, office equipment and office supplies, and raising Purchase Orders

Essential Criteria:

  • Administration and Reception: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Good organisational and time management skills- ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment

  • Good numerical skills

  • Good writing skills

  • Attention to details
