Grafton Recruitment has an exciting position available for a Recruitment Consultant to join our busy team in Walkinstown Dublin 12. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading recruitment agency managing a hot desk in our well established Multi-Lingual Division.
We are looking for a passionate professional, to join our growing team, who's enthusiastic about managing a wide range of clients, to the highest possible standard. We want somebody who's capable of being the first name discussed when it comes to sourcing the highest quality of Multi-Lingual staff. The successful person will be able to identify the specific requirements of each client and deliver them a range of candidates suitable to their needs. The successful person will value team work, whilst contributing and benefitting from it. You'll be hard working without the need of micromanagement. You'll be driven to offer the best service possible to clients and candidates.
- Full 360 recruitment - Liaise with clients to identify their talent requirements, plan a solution, identify and assess suitable candidates, close the deal.
- Sourcing and approaching candidates through job websites, LinkedIn, social media, networking, referrals and database marketing.
- Provide interview preparation and offer post-interview feedback to candidates
- New client attraction - identify new customers via phone prospecting, F2F meeting and attending networking events.
- 3-5 Years experience in Recruitment. Or Sales role
- Previous experience in Sales, Customer Service, Retailing or Hospitality
- Demonstrated success in working in target and KPI's driven roles
- Highly organised
- Passionate and hungry to succeed.
