Situated in Derry City, our client is a fast growing Retail business who have recently secured a number of lucrative business contracts which will see their turnover expand massively over the new few years. In order to keep up with this period of growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator to provide first class customer service to their expanding customer base.
As Sales Administrator, you will liaise directly with customers and colleagues to ensure orders are taken correctly, uploaded to the accounts system and distributed to the customer within agreed timeframes. You will work with your colleagues in Production to be able to provide order updates to customers, notifying them of any delays to their order as required.
- Previous experience of Sales administration, processing orders and invoicing
- Sales order software experience, ideally SAP.
- Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Methodical, analytical working practices
- Dynamic and adaptable
- Excellent communication skills
