SALES ADMINISTRATOR, PART TIME
£20,000 - £22,000 (PRO RATA)
Our exclusive client is a successful Construction contractor based on the outskirts of Derry City. With increasing expansion in the organisation, they are looking to strengthen their sales admin team by recruiting a part time, experienced administrator.
You will deal directly with customers on a daily basis to provide contract information and process sales orders. You will need to have excellent communication skills and telephone manner with strong organisational ability:
- Process Sales orders and respond to customer queries.
- Reception cover: Meet and greet visitors, redirect phone calls and incoming mail.
- Answer telephone enquiries.
- Process sales invoices.
The position will be varied but busy and most tasks will have deadlines so the ability to work quickly and accurately is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Teamworking skills
- Planning and organisational skills
- Problem solving skills
Our client offers a competitive salary depending on your level experience. You will only be required to work Part time hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 2pm.
