Sales Analyst

Strabane

The Client:

You will work for one of Northern Irelands leading manufacturing companies, with over 50 years in their current market. The company has gone from strength to strength and is continuing to grow which makes it an exciting time to join this company.

The Role:

Your role as a Sales Analyst you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing professional, complete, concise and accurate reports for executive-level meetings
  • Extracting, collating and interpreting data & analysing results, identifying trends & communicating to relevant members of the business
  • Acquiring data from primary & secondary data sources and maintaining databases
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly and annual sales forecasts
  • Develop monthly sales reports
  • Maintain positive business relationships with existing clients to ensure future sales and identifying potential promotional sales opportunities
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Dealing with customer queries on a day to day basis both over the phone and via email
  • Communication of relevant sales information internally to the appropriate departments when required
  • Undertaking Ad-hoc duties & projects as & when required

Requirements:

  • Excellent Excel skills including use of vlookups, formulas, pivot tables is essential
  • Proficiency of Sage 200 essential and sales ledger experience
  • Excellent communication skills & experience liaising with clients and handling client queries
  • Proven experience working under pressure & tight deadlines
  • Great attention to detail
  • Confident within Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Talented & highly motivated team player with ability to work own initiative
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
