Job Description

Our world leading company in the Antrim area are looking to recruit a Sales Executive to join their team on a full time permanent basis.

Job Overview

The International Education team is focused on sales to schools, colleges and universities in various international markets globally. We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-focused Sales Executive to join our team, who will be responsible for handling new business sales in European markets. The role will require a consistent focus on the complete sales process from lead generation and nurturing through to closing sales.

Main Responsibilities

    • Active lead generation and prospecting
    • Raising awareness of the Texthelp product portfolio and providing information on our software solutions to prospective customers
    • Setting up and managing trials
    • Preparing quotations
    • Carrying out webinars with prospective customers
    • Managing the sales pipeline, from enquiry right through to closing
    • Attending trade shows and exhibitions, and following up with leads obtained
    • Working with Marketing to deliver strategic promotional campaigns
    • Contributing to team and division meetings
    • Maintaining customer and prospect details on our CRM database
    • Meeting and exceeding personal and company targets
    • Providing timely and accurate reporting to management

Essential Criteria

Person Specification

  • Third Level Qualification in a relevant discipline
  • Or a minimum of 2 years proven track record in winning new business sales
  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable Criteria

  • Excellent IT skills
  • Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of sales within the education sector
  • Sales experience in the software/IT sector
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Fluency in another European language may be beneficial
