Job Description

Experience:

Previous experience in a similar role would be considered an advantage

Customer service skills

Strong IT skills

Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM would be advantageous

Duties:

Training - selling IPAF, PASMA and ITSSAR courses to wide range of customers

General administration - managing CRM database, pulling management reports and managing field and sales office activity

Able to work in a pressurised environment

Attention to detail

Excellent communication skills

Good organisational skills

Normal Hours of work are 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
