Sales Support Administrator
A client in the Dublin 22 area require a Sales Support Administrator to assist a busy sales team and provide full on back up and administrative support.
You will report to the Business Development Manager and you can expect to be involved in the following :
- Customer Service - responding to queries in a timely fashion ensuring resolution to also include dealing with supplier queries
- Organising of Goods Arrival and Dispatch
- Processing delivery dockets and liaising with Project Managers to ensure delivery dates meet the required site delivery dates
- Support the sales team with all administrative duties
- Order Entry/Data Entry
- Booking Couriers
Ideally you can demonstrate previous administrative experience, preferably in a sales environment and you will be fully proficient in MS Office packages.
As you will be dealing with customers/suppliers - you will have strong communication skills both written and verbal and you will be naturally organised as a person.
