Sales Support Administrator
Sales Support Administrator - 28-30K - Ballymount
At Grafton Recruitment we have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Service Desk administrator to join a Fun and dynamic team in Ballymount.
What a typical day would look like:
Your morning will begin with checking in to see what queries have filtered in overnight. You will then process quotes, sales and purchase orders, delivery dockets, and issuing of customer invoices. As calls come in you will take any messages and help where you can. You will also be in charge of managing the diary of the General Manager as well as providing backup administration support, filing, scanning, photocopying, database administration, dealing with enquiries - passing to relevant staff member when required. You will schedule appointments and follow up on calls. Logging & Processing of payments to suppliers. You will also be in charge of ordering of office supplies etc.
What the ideal candidate for this role looks like:
- Minimum 3 years administrative experience
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and be self-motivated
- A strong work ethic with a flexible and positive attitude towards work
- Knowledge of SAGE50 software package
