Sales Support Administrator
Sales Support Administrator - 28-30K - Dublin 12 Location
At Grafton Recruitment we have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Sales Support administrator to join a Fun and dynamic team with multiple incentives in D12.
What a typical day would look like:
Your morning will begin with checking in to see what customer queries have filtered in overnight. You will follow up with potential customers and get a feel for what their requirements are and filter those on to the sales team. You will update the internal CRM with any new info, making sure the information is accurate and up to date. You will also schedule engineers to pop out to customers on instruction from the sales team. Throughout the day you will process orders and help with the general admin in the office e.g. filling, application processing and reporting.

What the ideal candidate for this role looks like:
- 1-2 Years Admin or Sales support experience
- Experience of using a CRM database
- Strong MS Word and MS Excel
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Highly Organised and able to self manage
- A team player
