Scale 1 Clerk Typist required on a temporary basis based in Portadown.
Role: Scale 1 Clerk Typist
Rate of Pay: £7.94
Duration: 3 Months
- Sorting and responding to mail/emails as appropriate.
- Dealing with general enquiries/providing advice.
- Arrange appointments/meetings as requested.
- General office duties such as photocopying/faxing/ scanning.
- Receptionist duties.
- Operation of IT systems.
- 4 GCSEs (A - C) including English or equivalent.
- 6 Months admin experience.
