Job description

Grafton Recruitment has been appointed as HSCNI's recruitment partner of choice for Admin, clerical and Support Services.

Scale 1 Clerk Typist required on a temporary basis based in Portadown.

Role: Scale 1 Clerk Typist

Rate of Pay: £7.94

Location: Portadown

Hours: 20

Duration: 3 Months

Main duties/Responsibilities:

  • Sorting and responding to mail/emails as appropriate.
  • Dealing with general enquiries/providing advice.
  • Arrange appointments/meetings as requested.
  • General office duties such as photocopying/faxing/ scanning.
  • Receptionist duties.
  • Operation of IT systems.

Essential Criteria:

  • 4 GCSEs (A - C) including English or equivalent.
  • 6 Months admin experience.
